This workout is perfect if you are new to barre or are looking for a great low impact workout. No dance experience required. We will exercise every area of your body with this total body toning workout. You will feel wonderful after this fun workout!
We begin with a nice warm up then move to the "barre" for our lower body exercises. You can use a chair as your barre to serve as a base of support. We will then use a light pair of hand weights (I'm using 3 pounds) for our upper body toning. The workout is completed on the mat for some core and ab exercises, and finishing with some great feel-good stretches.
