  • I have been rotating some of the classes this week and the cardio ones definitely make me sweat! I need to sit in chair or use chair as support while standing but I am able to do with some light weights. I also did the one to work on balance. I hope that I can stay motivated and continue with these because I think they can be helpful with my mobility and strength! Thanks for these exercises!

    • Thanks Nancy. I will work on creating some new ones soon. In the meantime, have you looked at my playlists for chair exercises?

  • I really liked this! I have MS which affects my legs so the leg part is difficult, but it did get my heart rate up which is rare for me Since I can’t move fast!

    • Hi Karen, I’m so happy to read this worked for you. I have categorized the videos in playlists so hopefully you will find more there that will work well for you. I have gentle, beginner and intermediate workouts.

  • Thanks for your hard work putting these videos together. I started this one last week and had to change to the 10 minute video. Today I was able to get all the way through this video! Thanks again. You are truly appreciated.

  • I have knee replacements so cannot do many floor excersises or running/jumping. So I do stationary biking, but these movements are great on off days for upper body, especially. Good, solid program. Thanks!

  • So happy I found your youtube exercises. I’ve done yours and gone on to try other people but always come back to yours!

  • Have been doing your exercises about a month as close to 7 days a week as possible. Yesterday I noticed I now just pop up out of my chair after so many sit to stands! That was not the case a few weeks ago!!!!! Thanks you so much for your youtube exercises!!!!

    • Oh wow! Thank you so much for sharing that with me, Christine! I’m so happy for you!!! I started this journey with creating videos for seniors for exactly this reason…to get seniors physically stronger to live a better quality of life. Thank you so much for letting me know about your progress.

    • @Improved Health
Hello Jules, the same thing happens to me, my legs feel strong, and a year ago I couldn’t get up from the chair, or at least with difficulty, I even walk better!!
      infinite thanks ❤

  • Hi Jules, while I’ve been doing stretching it feels like I will turn into Jello if I don’t start moving again! So I did this one and it really felt good to use some of my muscles again. I can’t believe how tired I’ve become in just the few days I havent exercised. I see my doctor later today and am hoping for a green light on movement even though I still have a tiny bit of discomfort. Thanks Jules!

    • I know what you mean…I feel the same way if I haven’t been able to exercise. The gentle seated workouts will also work well if your doctor thinks you need to have more rest. The gentle ones are more about working on range of motion and getting in some light exercise. I hope today went well.

  • Hello Jules, excellent class, I love it, it inspires me like all the ones I can do sitting down!!
    Thanks thanks!! 😘😘

    • You have made my day with your comment. Thank you SO much for sharing that with me. I plan to create more seated workouts soon. If you have any requests, please let me know.
