  • Hello … I have been doing the 20 hour fast this whole week. Not gonna lie the last couple hours were tough. But I asked myself a question.. could I live this as a lifestyle?? and I believe I can! Thank you so much! I’ve been struggling with shame for the weight I’ve gained and the fact that I lost 40 pounds and gained it all back and then some. Only recently have I been focused on the hormonal of all of this.

  • Uugghh!!! I’m so frustrated with myself! I have been fasting and doing a one meal a day healthy meal with enough protein and allowing at least 2 hours to eat so I don’t shove my food in, but I messed up today horribly! I went shopping and stopped at In and Out. HUGE mistake! I Was feeling so good now I feel so full and terrible in my tummy. I need to learn how to think it through before I actually make the mistake. It was such a bad habit I just did it without even thinking it through. Any ideas how to change that mindset? I need to think first. I’m not gonna give up.
