I’m 65. Post menopausal. Do I do anything else besides what you’re talking about?
What is it that you want? Are you doing those things enough to help you reach your goals?
What do you think about hormone therapy? Does hormone therapy of adding back estrogen and progesterone actually cause weight gain? Very confusing in this area.

Hello … I have been doing the 20 hour fast this whole week. Not gonna lie the last couple hours were tough. But I asked myself a question.. could I live this as a lifestyle?? and I believe I can! Thank you so much! I’ve been struggling with shame for the weight I’ve gained and the fact that I lost 40 pounds and gained it all back and then some. Only recently have I been focused on the hormonal of all of this.

Uugghh!!! I’m so frustrated with myself! I have been fasting and doing a one meal a day healthy meal with enough protein and allowing at least 2 hours to eat so I don’t shove my food in, but I messed up today horribly! I went shopping and stopped at In and Out. HUGE mistake! I Was feeling so good now I feel so full and terrible in my tummy. I need to learn how to think it through before I actually make the mistake. It was such a bad habit I just did it without even thinking it through. Any ideas how to change that mindset? I need to think first. I’m not gonna give up.
