All-in-One Strength & Balance Walking Workout for Seniors & Beginners

This all-in-one workout includes a 5 minute warm up, 10 minutes of combined strength & balance training, 10 minutes of cardio walking workout and finishes with 5 minutes of stretching. If you're looking for a full body workout, this is it! In this workout, you will build strength, boost your metabolism and improve your balance & flexibility.

In today's workout, you'll need a set of weights (1-5 lbs), and a chair for stretching at the end.
