I don’t drink alcohol. I do consider those questions in relation to food…especially in meal planning. Foods that my family eats don’t always meet my needs. Self love for me means planning for, and making sure I have available, foods that I like which help me feel my best.
I’m allowing myself 1 shot of rum with a “Coke Zero” on my Friday. If I don’t, I feel deprived, & if I do I feel relaxed & happy! I’m so hilarious! 😂🍹
