  • I wish this particular instructor had a longer yoga video… she doesn’t waste time she has a very calming and precise voice and I watch this one every day does she have a longer video?

    • I haven’t found a longer practice, but she has a number of short videos that you can follow in succession. I searched Ti Blair on YouTube and found a rewarding set of videos I enjoy. Hope this works for you.
