I kept them up the whole time! Thank you so much for a great session!! The exercises were great. What kept me going was several things: Your great smile and watching how you did them so I could copy; the music was perfect; Loved the time clock on the screen to give me hope we are almost there 🙂 Also the time went by as I analyzed your fun studio. You have a wonderful setup the way you place the plants, the rugs, the color scheme…you even threw brown texture under the wooden love seat. You thought of everything. Thanks for providing your exercise sessions. They are encouraging.
