  • Thanks for your video- I like your format with a demonstration and then starting the clock. Also appreciate your positive attitude and acknowledging that exercises can be modified for different bodies/abilities.

  • I love your personality and to the point. The length of time is perfect and I really focus on the exercise. Thank you 🙏

  • This is the first time I have watched your video and I think you’re absolutely amazing. I am a senior and haven’t worked out for too long. I’m just recovering from surgery and your exercise routine is going to help me get strong again. I can’t thank you enough for motivating me to start exercising again. God Bless, Berta

  • This is great and do-able I think! I suffer from a lot of chronic pain conditions and chronic fatigue so most exercise routines are impossible….but this I will defo give a go!! Thank you 🙏🏽

  • Thank you for doing this! I’m recovering from surgery and wanted something to ease myself back into exercise. This feels perfect and I look forward to doing some type of light exercise every morning!

    • For me this WAS a crazydance workout! Didn’t get in all that extra stepping. I’ll try at least 2x more, but prolly just go back to IMI’s Bigan Yoga and Melana’s “Just Do These Moves Every Morning…so much easier to follow.

  • Many thanks for this inspirational and informative video. Early 70s and about to be discharged as a hospital inpatient (an interesting Christmas!), so I need an easy-to-follow exercise regime – can’t wait to get started, and you are absolutely correct about making it fun – ‘keep smiling’!

  • What a great, achievable combo of moves. I’m a gr. fitness instructor of 35+ years. I enjoy for myself & for inspiration for my classes. Thank you !

  • Love these exercises!!! – have serious chronic pain and have a hard time doing a lot of exercises due to falling! These are easy for me to do, sometimes I make a modification, to keep standing! The instructor is fabulous and very easy to follow!!!! Going to check out some of her other videos!!!

  • I’m turming 68 and have hip and knee pain. This routine, I was actually able to do without causing a lot of pain. I love exercise, but it always grinded my hip and knee. This routine is great!

  • This is just right for seniors and so many younger people suffer from back pain and this is a safe workout.

  • I am 79 and would love to lose just a couple of inches off my waist. These exercises seem completely doable (once you get the co-ordination correct😜) and planning to start today. Not a lengthy process too and I aim to be consistent. It would be really motivating if someone can share their success story with this routine. Thank you

  • Thank you for providing these exercises. I intend to begin a regular routine and look forward to enjoying the results. All the very best and a prayerful wish for many blessings to you and your loved ones.

  • After working from home at a desk for 3 years and at the age of 62, I have found that my stamina and mobility have severely decreased. So glad that I have found your videos to get me back up and going with movements that I can adjust to fit my current condition and easily adjust for progression.

  • Just done your work out. It surprised me that I felt a bit out of breath when I finished but I haven’t exercised in far too long. I’ll be 70 in a few days so I think this is just right for me to build up with. Clear instructions and I appreciate that you say mind your knees, do what you can etc. I’m a lot more unfit than I look.

  • This looks a routine that I can use to start me on the road to exercising. I’m 64 and been sedentary during this pandemic and recent loss of my husband. I hope to use this to ease into some good habits in my new life chapter.

  • Thanks for starting me ony weight lose journey!
After I’ve gotten these down , I hope to find you showing other exercises to add to the workout.
    This is a great beginning!
