My experience has been around food . . . directly. I quit carbohydrates and experienced a new brain. Food was the cause of my brokenness . . . prevented proper brain function. EVERYTHING is run by hormones and chemical processes that are DIRECTLY AFFECTED by hyperinsulinemia.
