  • Ok, my first thought was 35 solid straight minutes of hiit might be too much for this 63 year old but i challenge myself and tried it this morning, it’s so doable, I’m not going to say it’s easy but I did complete it, yes I’m sweating and it was totally worth it, there’s new exercises in this video I haven’t seen Shelley do before which made it fun too.

    • While she’s doing the “active break” between rounds, the “up next” window shows u what exercise is next. The clock counts to intervals, so it’s up to the “active break”.
