  • **you are great I’m 57 and my mom is 83 and we do this every morning. I must admit that the first time I did this I only got to 10 mins my mom made 20 but the more we did it the longer we got. I had a stroke in 2015 so my balance is off somewhat, but i have done the video all the way through and feel wonderful, so does my mom. I’m so glad we have found this video. You are so wonderful

    • I was following your program 5/7 days a week for 3 months, and fell off when my partner was diagnosed with a horrible terminal illness.
      BTW I hate to exercise and NEVER get the exercise high!

  • I decided to add walking to my yoga workouts and gave this one a try, so happy I did. I felt great after and more than ready for a yoga practice. Keeping myself strong is a must for me having Lupus and R A etc.
