Welcome to a 30 minute gentle exercise workout created for seniors and beginners in mind. These exercises are ideal for beginners, or for anyone with medical issues and needs to exercise at a slower pace (COPD, arthritis, parkinson's). If you're feeling sluggish, give this a try! We'll be covering all of the important aspects of fitness (warm-up, balance, posture, strength, cardio and stretching). You'll be surprised by how moderate exercise can boost your energy instead of depleting it. If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 1450 steps.

This was a wonderful workout. I used 1-1/2# egg weights and I really felt the arm work…oh my! Thank you for thinking of all different levels. This is why your workouts are the best!! Using 1kg weights this was a great all-in-one recovery day after yesterday’s Tabata with wall push-ups and plank. Thank you for all the great videos to choose from on your website – I like the different levels depending on what I want to include in my morning workout.
