30 min Chair Exercises for Seniors | Cardio, Strength & Posture | Day 2

Welcome to a 30 minute cardio, strength, posture & flexibility chair workout. Chair exercises are a great way for seniors and beginners to improve fitness. If you can't stand for a full workout, these seated exercises will improve your strength and heart health. Each week, a new program will be uploaded to provide you with a full-body weekly program. This beginner level chair exercise program has a 5 min warm-up, 10 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of strength & posture and 5 minutes of stretching for a well-rounded program. Go at your own pace to make the workout your own. The total step count is 1333 steps.
