20-minute Seated Cardio Dance Workout


This seated workout includes 20 minutes of heart-healthy cardio exercises and finishes off with stretching at the end. This is an intermediate level workout for those who want to get the heart rate up and burn some extra calories. If you follow at my pace, the step count is 1692 steps.
