20 min Low Impact Cardio Workout & 10 min of Lower Body Exercises to Tone Legs and Glutes


This 30 minute low impact cardio workout combined with lower body strength exercises is great for getting in heart healthy exercising while also working on strength. Each cardio movement challenges the body in a different way to allow you to become stronger and more fit. The 10 strength exercises are great for building bone density, improving strength and helping to tone the legs and glutes. We'll finish with a few minutes of stretching at the end.
