My younger sister is diabetic but to look at her nobody would know as she’s always been fit and slender.

I’ve heard it’s good for blood sugar to walk after your meals, so I’ve been trying to do that. Since I’m visually impaired and we live on a country road with no shoulders, I don’t feel safe walking outside. Videos like this are a perfect solution for me.
