This quick 15 minute arm and core workout is great to do by itself, or as an add-on after a cardio workout.
All exercises are performed on the floor/mat. I'm using a pair of 5lb weights. Always start with lighter weights if this is the first time doing this workout and you can add weight as you grow stronger.
Each exercise is executed for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds rest between moves.
