12 minute Strength Workout for Stronger Shoulders, Biceps & Back | Can be Seated or Standing | Day 3

This short 5 day series is meant to follow the 25 day strength series. Each day will consist of a short 15-20 minute strength workout to help build strong bones and reduce chances of osteoporosis. Modifications are given to make the exercises easier, or more challenging. This program is suitable for anyone who has the basic knowledge of proper form and technique for using weights.
