I love this workout. I thought it was going to be easy but it was quite challenging. I felt the good burn at the end. This one is better as I don’t have to hold weights in the stretched arms for the last exercises💪🏻💪🏻. And the 3 bicep exercises!!! Just great. Plus I love the 45-15 time laps.
I also love the plants in the background and of course Buddy. He is such a cutie. Thank you!! I will repeat it tomorrow twice!! A big hug. 🥰
