This 10-Minute Deep Core Activation for Women Over 40 targets the lower abdominals. Will it give you a flat belly? No. But these core exercises will strengthen the 5 core muscles and the actions you use them for daily. When you have a strong core, every exercise becomes easier. Learn to brace your core, stabilize, rotate, and do lateral flexion and back extension in a way that doesn't provide stress on lower back or the cervical spine.
In 10-minutes you can feel the lower abdominals and refer to this video regularly while you're buiding strength, then just for tune-ups as needed.
