Please join me for this quick arm and upper body toning workout! This is a great video to do on its own or as an add-on to another workout. Follow this video with the all standing lower body workout and/or standing abs and balance.
I'm using a pair of 3 pound dumbbells. Always start with lighter weights and increase as you get stronger. There are no breaks in this workout and these light weights will get heavy fast. Take a break and shake it out if you need to.
