10 min Gentle Walking Workout | Exercises for Seniors & Beginners | Low Impact Walk at Home


Welcome to a 10 minute gentle walking workout created for seniors and beginners in mind. These exercises are appropriate for beginners, or for anyone with medical issues who needs to exercise at a slower pace (COPD, arthritis, Parkinson's). If you're feeling sluggish, give this a try! Often a little bit of exercise will give you that energy boost you need. If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 1034 steps.
