Looking for a ard to it 👍🏼
I’m on a plant based diet for almost 4 years. It has done wonders for my health, I look slim and trim. And exercising with you 2 lovely ladies helped me too tremendously ❤ 😊
Glad to hear you’re staying healthy with your diet and exercise. It is a joy to help you keep moving and get stronger! ❤️
Glad you are sharing this. I’m looking forward to seeing more of this interview.
Just started reading his new book!
I follow an almost zero carb diet; the toxins in plants, particularly oxylates, cause terrible inflammation and bloating. Sally Norton’s book, Toxic Superfoods explains a lot. The most nutrient dense foods are ruminant meats, ie. Beef and lamb. I have transitioned from Keto to Carnivore and reversed type 2 diabetes and have more energy and less brain fog than ever before. Am no longer on any medications for several years. Going on 6 years and my lab markers are all well within range. Along with meat, plenty of eggs and healthy fats and small amounts of fermented veg or kefir as condiments to improve the gut microbiome. Interested to see the Sunday video.
It’s amazing to hear about your health journey and the positive impact your diet has had on your life. You go girl!
I’m so thankful people are really getting down to what the problem really is. Now if more would help like you and your Mom do with your videos. BTW, I really love them! Working out with you two is so helpful. I do have a question. Where do you get your tops? I love the style from the slightly longer sleeves to the curved, longer hem to wear over yoga pants. Thank you for all you do!!❤
Hi there! We are thrilled you love our workouts! It is truly a joy to help you stay healthy and get stronger! I think you’re referring to my (April’s) tops. In many of our videos I am wearing lululemon tees. Here is the latest version: https://creatoriq.cc/4bgaSSK They often change the tops with seasons so sometimes you can get past seasons shirts on sale. Thank you so much for spending time with us! Keep up the great work! ❤️
