  • Hi April and Mom! This is an information packed interview. So much to take away from the discussion. What with your fantatsic exercise videos and interviews like this, your channel is really going places!🤩🙏

  • Wow, lots to digest, lol! Seriously, I need to work on the variety, so this is something I will be working on! Thank you for the great interview!

  • april and mom. as your mom says this is very interesting. Gives me more drive to keep doing more to better health. thank you. im 85 and grateful.

  • The take home message for me is to increase food variety. I eat the same multi-ingredient nutritious and delicious salad every day because it has all the vitamins, minerals, calcium etc that I need and all my blood test markers have improved a lot since cutting out processed food and eating my “perfect” salad. But I forgot about changing things around for better digestive microbiome! The big salad stays but the ingredients will be changed more.

  • I enjoyed this April and Aiko. Please consider doing more. Hopefully, Mochi will exercise with me soon. He wasn’t in the last video, so I didn’t workout with you.

  • So much to unpack and apply the advice to our daily routine. Thank you for this interview with your guest❤🙏

  • Hard to see how a discussion re inflammation and storage of fat doesnt include the interaction of insulin in storing fat especially if eating certain carbs raises glucose levels….and therefore i insulin. Though I know you mention diabetes, and seem to say processed foods are bad for microbiome. ..I perso nally seem to do better with less fruits and veggies….how does average person even measure the success of following any program except the obvious sign of weight

  • Releasing a pack of coyotes! hahahaha, throroughly enjoyed learning about this. I appreciate you asking about ‘ozempic’ treatment. The subject has come up in my family and I get bad vibes about it.

  • This podcast was very informative. As I continue to work on diet and exercise for weight loss, I have also been diagnosed with vestibular migraines. Looking at my diet in a different way will hopefully help with this new diagnosis also. Thanks for sharing!
